[General Information]: Li Jingwen, graduated from the School of Management of Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a doctor's degree. She is now a lecturer in the School of Management of Wuhan Textile University. So far, she has published many articles in the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Knowledge Management and Management Review and so on.
