Research Interest & Publications
Her research interests are organizational behaviors and big data human resource management, including employee proactive behaviors, leader-member exchange relationships, and employee well-beings. She has published several papers, including 5 SSCI papers, 1 CSSCI paper and several conference papers. At present, her main research work focuses on the ambivalence experience of leader-member' exchange relationship and employees' knowledge hiding behavior.
